您好！
风扇3应该是有故障了，需要更换。您可以先替换一下风扇，如果错误跟着风扇走，那就是确定风扇故障了。如果替换风扇，但错误始终发生在fan3这里，那就是槽位有问题，但这个概率很低。
拆卸风扇可以查看下面手册的40和41页的内容：

@LeoLi 你好，我这边新购的风扇换上去还是报这个错，新购的风扇插到其他口是不报错的，是不是意味着插口损坏了，需要如何操作。

您可以把其它口上的风扇拿到fan3这里再试试，如果还是fan3有问题，那就肯定是fan3的端口故障了。R740机器风扇端口在主板上，如果要更换的话，只能整个主板都换掉。
