This is The first time for me to buy a Server. I'm not sure if PowerEdge T130 with The PERC S130 card support RAID1 on Debian 8. Can someone help me? Thanks!!
Hi, you are welcome! Please note that Debian 8 is not officially supported by Dell Perc H330 too. It's hard to say what will happen, maybe some incompatibility issue. Strongly suggest you install the official supported system. But if your Debian 8 system works fine now, you can keep monitoring it and backup your data at regular intervals.
You can check H330 user's guide for more detail if needed.
