cx500更换SPA，显示unmanaged.
CX300 更换了2个SP都显示unmanaged。附件是SPB event log ，串口收集信息如下：

第一个错误提示很明显:
Description: CPU Card NOT Fully Seated Error!
Description: LCC Error Reply Error!
Verify of Invalid Enclosure Address failed
要么没插好要么就是SP本身是坏的。
第二个没看到错误提示，开机后登录另一侧运行正常的SP，看到的还是Unmanaged吗？重启一下Management Server呢？如果收集SPCollects日志会报错吗？

硬盘都正常不？除了SP故障，还能从SPB上看到其他故障不？
重启Management Server参考：

不过SPA都没起来，应该意义不大。
能拿到SPCollects的话，传上来大伙帮你分析看看好了。

第二个串口显示到int13 - GET DRIVE PARAMETERS (Extended) (1848) 卡住了。
更换后navisphere登SPB查看SPA unmanaged。收集SPCollects没有报错。如何重启Management Server？谢谢！

你是在现场直连的吧，如果只连了SPB,没有连SPA的线在电脑上，SPA显示unmanage状态应该是正常的吧。
SPA应该已经登陆不了管理界面了吧，有没有试过用串口登陆IP吗
