With ProDeploy Plus, we’ll deploy your PowerStore so that you can quickly take advantage of your new appliance. And with ProSupport Plus, our most comprehensive support service, arms you with proactive and predictive support to maximise uptime and productivity, while significantly reducing IT effort. Additionally, when you’re buying a new PowerStore appliance, you’ll need to move workloads, applications, and files. PowerStore includes new native tools that automate the migration process, but we also offer a range of migration services to help whether you have an existing Dell EMC or 3rd party storage device. We also offer training and certification programs to provide your IT teams with the skills to administer and manage your new PowerStore appliance.

Unmatched Flexibility with Anytime Upgrades
The Anytime Upgrades program is designed to expand and enhance PowerStore over time, providing greater choice, predictability and investment protection. Together, the Anytime Upgrades and the PowerStore adaptable architecture effectively ends the traditional cycle of disruptive storage platform migration with simple, flexible data-in-place upgrades — without downtime or impact to applications. And unlike other programs, Anytime Upgrades may be executed at any time2 within your service contract as opposed to waiting years.
Because this program is an add-on to ProSupport Plus, our highest level support offer, you’ll have priority access to specialised support experts and an assigned Technology Services Manager, who serves as a trusted advisor for support planning and technology decisions.
Anytime Upgrades are available in three options:
- Next-Gen: Upgrade appliance nodes (controllers) to the next generation equivalent models
- Higher Model: Upgrade to more powerful nodes within the current generation
- Scale-Out: Apply a discount to expand your environment with a second appliance equal to the current model
When using the Next-Gen or Higher Model offers, the new nodes are deployed using ProDeploy Plus and supported under your existing ProSupport Plus contract at no additional cost.3
