Pack and ship your device
We will send you a pre-paid return box and shipping label within 1-2 business days. Back up your data, remove any passwords, and remove any accessories excluding the AC adapter before you pack your device.

Dell will diagnose your PC’s issue at its repair facility and email you a detailed repair quote
Based on your review of the quote, you can approve or decline repairs.

Pay online
Just follow the link inside of the quote email to submit your repair payment.

Receive your device
The end-to-end process should take 5-7 business days for Express Service and 12-15 business days for Standard Service.

Get a callback from a Dell-certified software specialist
We will call you during the time you scheduled to perform the diagnosis over the phone. If we can’t reach you, look out for an email to reschedule your software callback at a time that is convenient to you. Please have your system nearby and accessible.

Software repair
The software specialist will diagnose and complete the necessary actions needed to resolve your software problems. If we’re unable to resolve your issue or recommend a solution, Dell will refund the fees paid.
