Global Lead, Telecom as a Channel Business
Ken Byrnes is the Global lead for the Dell’s Telecom as a Channel Business. He is directly responsible for the global strategy and execution for this emerging business in Dell – aligning the Dell sellers with the Telecom sellers in order to drive business outcomes for our joint customers.
Ken believes in the unique opportunity where Dell and our Telecom partners can deliver joint solutions that enable the Internet of Things (IoT) – connecting people, places and things using the unique assets of Dell – Laptops, Cyber Recovery, Private Mobility and Edge Solutions tied together by the global wireline and wireless networks of our Telecom partners. The focus from Ken’s group is using technology to solve business outcomes in each vertical market. A true transformation for Dell and our Telecom partners as we take this journey.
Before joining Dell, Ken held leadership roles in Cisco and BT residing in London for a period of time.
Ken earned his BA from Seton Hall University and resides in NJ.
