DELL PREMIER PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you have received a valid invitation from Dell International Services India Pvt. Ltd (“Dell Technologies India”), the following Terms and Conditions apply:
1. Discount up to 5% on applicable Dell Latitude, OptiPlex and Precision systems.
2. Discount up to 20% on applicable Monitors and Accessories.
3. Discount valid until May 3rd, 2024.
4. Discount limited to eligible Corporate group/affinity ID, unless specified otherwise in writing.
5. To avail this Discount, log in to your Dell Premier Store (www.dell.co.in/premier).
6. Prices displayed on the Dell Premier Store are after applicable discount for eligible Systems, Monitors or Accessories.
7. While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
8. Discount cannot be redeemed after an order has been submitted and confirmed.
9. Discount can be clubbed with any other or offer; this Discount can be combined with any other cash off price, sale, promotion; this Discount is not applicable on Standard Configuration bundles.
10. Discount is not applicable on offline quotations from account managers, unless specified otherwise in writing.
11. All purchases under the Discount promotions are subject to verification of a valid eligibility. False representations of eligibility void the offer and Dell reserves the right to collect the full price of any such order placed.
12. Discount cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash or payment of accounts.
13. Dell reserves the right to amend/modify/cancel the Discount promotions at any time, without prior notice.
14. The Commercial Terms of Sale govern the sale of Dell products, software and services to Commercial Customers, Small and Medium Businesses, Public Sector and Large Enterprises.
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice or liability to you.
16. All decisions made by Dell in respect of the Discount promotions or in the event of any dispute(s) are final and binding.
