When we launched ProSupport Plus in April of 2013 (blog), we talked about going to the ends of the earth (video) for our customers and our “strike first” approach. Prevention is still the best support (blog), and we are looking for more ways to bring that level of service to customers across the globe. We’ve just taken another big step fulfilling our vision with the expansion of ProSupport Plus to an additional 33 countries with the help of our valued channel partners.
On March 24, 2014, ProSupport Plus availability expanded to the following countries:
EMEA
Angola | Israel | Nigeria | Tanzania |
Bahrain | Jordan | Oman | Tunisia |
Bulgaria | Kazakhstan | Qatar | Turkey |
Croatia | Kenya | Romania | Ukraine |
Egypt | Kuwait | Russia | United Arab Emirates |
Estonia | Latvia | Saudi Arabia
Ghana | Lithuania | Serbia
Hungary | Morocco | Slovenia |
APJ
Brunei | Indonesia | Philippines | Vietnam |
At Dell, we know that having strong, trusted partners is critical to ensuring we provide the best service. We’ve partnered with the best to ensure our customers receive the same exceptional service, regardless of location.
With ProSupport Plus, customers get proactive service that improves infrastructure performance and stability through a dedicated technical account manager who delivers monthly reporting and performance recommendations. Our SupportAssist technology identifies potential issues before they become problems, and in some cases, before they happen. SupportAssist remotely monitors systems, collects and transmits information and automatically creates a support case. This allows our elite Dell ProSupport Plus engineers to gain insight into the problem and begin troubleshooting before contacting the partner or customer.
If you happen to be at Dell Enterprise Forum Frankfurt this week, I hope you will visit our team. You can find them at:
