DELL PREMIER PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS – If you have received a valid invitation from Dell Global Business Center Sdn. Bhd for up to 10% Instant Cash Redemption on selected systems and/or a 20% Instant Cash Redemption on selected Monitors & Accessories or 3% Instant Cash Redemption on selected servers, the following Terms and Conditions apply:

1. The Instant Cash Redemption is only valid until 28th June 2024.
2. The Instant Cash Redemption is limited only to eligible corporate group/affinity ID, unless specified otherwise in writing.
3. The Instant Cash Redemption is only applicable up to 10% for selected Dell Latitude, OptiPlex, Precision and/or 20% for selected Monitors & Accessories and/or 3% for selected Dell PowerEdge (“Eligible Product(s)”) unless specified otherwise in writing.
4. The Instant Cash Redemption is only applicable in Dell Premier store.
5. To get the Instant Cash Redemption, login to your Dell Premier Store (www.dell.com.my/premier).
6. The Instant Cash Redemption will be applied automatically when you select an Eligible Product(s). The final purchase price will be updated at the checkout page.
7. The Instant Cash Redemption cannot be redeemed after an order has been submitted and confirmed.
8. The Instant Cash Redemption can be stackable with any other coupon.
9. The Instant Cash Redemption cannot be combined with any other cash off price, sale, or promotion.
10. The Instant Cash Redemption is not applicable on Standard Configuration bundles and offline quotations from account managers, unless specified otherwise in writing.
11. The Instant Cash Redemption cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash and/or payment of accounts.
12. Dell reserves the right to cancel the Instant Cash Redemption promotion(s) at any time.
13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice or liability to you.
14. All purchases are subject to Dell Global Business Center Sdn. Bhd.'s Commercial Terms of Sale governing the sale of Dell products, software and services to commercial customers, Small and Medium Businesses, Public Sector and Large Enterprises.
15. All decisions made by Dell in respect of the Instant Cash Redemption promotion(s) or in the event of any dispute(s) are final.
16. While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
17. All purchases under the Instant Cash Redemption promotions are subject to verification of a valid eligibility. False representations of eligibility void the offer and Dell reserves the right to collect the full price of any such order placed.
