Delivering What Your Business Needs

Dell Asset Recovery Services is built to tackle the most pressing IT asset disposition challenges. Here’s how it drives value for businesses like yours:

  1. Global Standardization for Consistency and Efficiency
Say goodbye to disorganized, location-specific processes. Asset Recovery Services establishes a unified standard for IT asset retirement across your entire global organization. Whether your assets are Dell or non-Dell, this scalable framework ensures every piece of technology is disposed of safely and responsibly.
  2. Promote Circularity, Achieve Sustainability and Realize Financial Benefits
Circular IT is within reach. Dell Asset Recovery Services helps you extend the useful life of your legacy IT equipment by reselling it, whether in whole unit form or by harvesting parts – and sending the money back to you. These savings can directly help offset the cost of investing in new hardware and/or refreshing your IT environment—a win-win for your IT budget and the planet. If there’s no value, we recycle all devices in compliance with local regulatory guidelines. It’s a solution that supports your environmental goals, gives outdated equipment a second life and generates financial returns.
  3. Prioritizing Safety and Security
Safeguarding your data and the environment is our top priority. Our comprehensive procedures, stringent checkpoints, and detailed documentation ensure your sensitive data are protected from collection through to destruction.
  4. Total Visibility with Real-Time Tracking
With Dell’s TechDirect customer portal, your IT team gets a centralized hub to request appraisals, schedule services and track payments. This transparency eliminates redundant tasks and keeps you informed every step of the way.
  5. Measurable Sustainability Metrics
Our Environmental Impact Report provide actionable data on energy savings, emissions reductions, and landfill diversions. Now you can track your progress and showcase tangible contributions to your sustainability efforts. Click here to see an example of report.
