If you find a better price advertised online for an identical Dell product^ in New Zealand, we will match that price
How it works:

  1. Step 1

    Identify the eligible, lower-priced product you wish to price match on a qualifying retailer website.

  2. Step 2

To qualify for our Dell Price Match, the product must meet the following criteria:

The Dell computer, electronics or accessory must be an identical product & configuration (i.e similar key features and specs). Limit to 5 items per customer.

The product must be in stock & immediately available.

The product must not be part of any limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closeout, discontinued or Dell Outlet.

The identical Dell product must be available for sale in New Zealand, by a retailer operating in New Zealand.

The final price in New Zealand dollar must be inclusive of delivery, handling fees & taxes.

The product must not be part of any marketplace (i.e. eBay), paid membership club/loyalty programs, wholesale or commercial quantities.

The matched price cannot be combined with any promotion, discount, coupon, student/financing offers, and does not apply to any price based upon rebates, bundling, gift card offers, in-store pricing and price errors.

If you see on Dell.co.nz a lower price on your product purchase within 30 days of your invoice date, we will refund the difference.

    Share the active link showing the exact-match, lower-priced item with our team via online Chat or call 0800-941-121. Once validated, they will process your refund.

Dell’s Price guarantee applies for 30 days from invoice date to purchases from Dell or Dell.co.nz only. 

Does not apply to Dell’s Member Purchase Program offers, coupons or rewards.

Offer does not apply to financing/gift card offers, bundles, free items, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as doorbuster, limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, or Dell Outlet.

Provide them with the URL, so that they may validate the offer. Once they have confirmed that it meets the requirements of the program, they will complete your purchase.

Dell is committed to giving you the best price on an identical item before and after your purchase. Our Price Match program is intended to be used prior to a purchase at Dell. Our Price Guarantee program ensures that you get credit for our lowest price for your item on Dell.co.nz up to 30 days after your purchase at Dell.co.nz, in the event that we lower the price.

Remember, the Dell price guarantee applies for 30 days from your invoice date for purchases from Dell or Dell.co.nz only, not other retail websites. The lower price must be for an identical product & configuration on Dell.co.nz and the refund of the difference in prices is limited to 5 per customer. Like the Price match, the Price Guarantee does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers (including Special Financing offers), gift card offers, bundles, free items, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, or Outlet products. The Price guarantee also does not apply to Dell’s Member Purchase Program offers for which you are not otherwise eligible, existing Deal of the Day, Daily Deals , coupons, mail-in rebates or rewards.

Dell’s Price Match program is intended to be used before a purchase. Once eligibility requirements are validated by a sales agent, they will complete your purchase. No rebates, credits, pre-paid gift cards, or other gimmicks – we make it simple and easy!

No. You may use either a coupon or a price match on an item, but not both. Price matched items also cannot be combined with any member purchase program discounts you may be eligible for.

Dell Price Match Terms:
The Dell’s Price Match program applies to an ^identical Dell product sold by the retailer websites within New Zealand. The identical Dell product must share the same key features and specs with a Dell PCs including but not limited to, operating system, memory, hard disk drive capacity, graphics solution (i.e., GPU), screen size and resolution, touch capability, processor and warranty.

A new Dell PC sold by any of the retailer websites within New Zealand must also carry an identical E-Value code which must end with the letters NZ.

A new Dell Branded electronics or accessory item sold by any of the retailer websites within New Zealand we will match with an identical Manufacturer’s Part Number to an electronics and accessory item sold on dell.co.nz.
