This program fosters the pursuit of academic and career aspirations of young women through mentorship. Virtual mentor opportunities are facilitated through access to the Mentor Gallery of Experience, club presentations and 1:1 mentor/mentee assignments.

These activities inspire, educate, and equip girls from the program with authentic application of necessary knowledge, skills, and insights to be successful in STEM fields. Students are also guided to develop their own leadership and mentorship skills.
