What customers are saying
Customers praise the Dell Pro Max 14 for its strong performance, high‑resolution matte display, and comfortable keyboard that handle video, AI, and engineering tasks well. Some note drawbacks such as the heavy chassis, non‑upgradeable RAM, a plasticky finish, and occasional hardware issues like fan failures or delayed shipments. The majority of reviews highlight reliable power, solid build quality, and excellent screen clarity, with examples ranging from smooth Linux operation to dependable docking‑station use.
