The firewall transmits IPFIX data in real-time to the Scrutinizer traffic analyzer collector, where the administrator can examine data by application or by user, look at data over different time periods and much more. Only SonicWALL offers this level of application traffic detail.

Scrutinizer supports all industry standard data flow protocols including NetFlow v5, NetFlow v9, Flexible NetFlow, J-Flow, sFlow and IPFIX. The optional Advanced Reporting Module provides extensive support for Cisco® equipment and Citrix® equipment.
