If you are a consumer customer who has a complaint about goods you have purchased online from Dell, and you have already exhausted Dell’s own customer complaints process, but have been unable to satisfactorily resolve the dispute, Dell will provide you with the details of an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. Dell will indicate to you whether or not it is willing to use an ADR body and participate in an ADR scheme.
