Alyssa Caddle
Social Strategy Lead, Corporate Responsibility
Alyssa Caddle serves as the lead for social strategy within Dell’s Corporate Responsibility organization. She works throughout the value chain to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives representing the social dimensions of sustainability. Internally, she works with teams such as supply chain sustainability, government affairs, legal, and global security on development and implementation of these programs. She also collaborates with many external stakeholders such as customers, NGOs, academia, and industry organizations.
Alyssa joins the Dell team through its newest acquisition, EMC, where she held a leadership role in their corporate sustainability department overseeing a broad range of ESG issues. Prior to sustainability, Alyssa has nine years of experience at EMC in supply chain, hardware engineering, and IT roles. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a MS in Engineering Management, both from Northeastern University.
She lives in Boston, Massachusetts, with her family and dog, and operates out of the Dell EMC headquarters in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
