Kailey Webster is an IT Program Manager at Dell. In this role, she supports the Dell Digital and IT Learning and Development team.
As an IT Program Manager, she works collaboratively to build effective programs for interns and college new hires in Digital and IT and supports the Learning and Development team from a technical perspective.
Kailey has a passion for giving back to the community and has continued to pursue volunteerism through her work with Dell. As part of the Learning and Development team, she has organized a multitude of volunteer events focused on working with youth in her community.
She received a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
She resides with her husband in Austin, TX.
