Global Vice President of Commercial Business, Dell
Shannon MacKay is currently the Global Vice President of Dell’s Commercial Business focused on driving last mile sales enablement activities, growth initiatives, customer insight programs, and the X-LOB business strategy and governance. In addition to this, she is a Dell corporate social responsibility brand ambassador sharing how Dell is putting our technology and expertise to work where it can do the most good for people and the planet. Shannon has 20+ years of experience in delivering products in an ever-changing world of technology.
Throughout her career, she has held various positions across WW procurement, quality, service, brand management, retail, and product marketing. Prior to joining Dell, Shannon worked for Texas Instruments focused on product development. She has a B.S. in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys spending time giving back to the community and spending time with her family. She is a newly certified volunteer for Team Rubicon and sits on the board of the Texas Blaze Fastpitch organization facilitating the development of strong leaders and teammates, both on and off the softball field.
