Key takeaways:

    • Previewing a purpose-built Cloud PC device, designed for seamless, secure access to Windows 365 and simple to manage with Microsoft Intune, helping streamline IT operations.
    • A compact, fanless desktop that supports up to three displays and offers flexible connectivity, enabling a more productive and efficient workspace.

The endpoint landscape is undergoing a fundamental transformation. IT decision-makers are wrestling with unprecedented challenges: securing distributed workforces, managing costs while scaling infrastructure, and delivering consistent user experiences across diverse environments.

To help address these challenges, we’re expanding the Cloud Client Workspace portfolio with a new Cloud PC device designed for Windows 365. This Dell Pro desktop combines enterprise-grade reliability, performance and security with seamless, convenient access to Windows 365. Designed to work better together, this new device delivers a secure, consistent Cloud PC experience while simplifying IT management—from deployment through day‑to‑day operations.

Purpose-built for secure productivity

The new Dell Cloud PC device features a compact, fanless design with Intel N-series processors that ensure responsive performance. This Dell Pro desktop is purpose-built to offer seamless integration with Windows 365 Cloud PCs and enable high-performance Windows experiences delivered through the cloud.

Security‑by‑design principles shape every aspect of this device. The locked-down operating system stores no local data, minimizing the attack surface. If a device is lost or stolen, organizational data remains in the cloud. Users can sign in with passwordless authentication through Microsoft Entra using Microsoft Authenticator or FIDO2 security keys.

This cloud‑first architecture is especially well‑suited for regulated industries and environments with dynamic staffing needs. With no local data and rapid provisioning, IT can securely support shift changes, temporary workers and sensitive workloads across healthcare, finance and the public sector.

Maximize user experience and flexibility

Users can connect to their Windows 365 Cloud PC within seconds, accessing applications and AI tools without delay, enabling the fast-paced productivity modern work demands. Because the Cloud PC runs entirely in the cloud, employees can instantly pick up where they left off on a replacement device, minimizing downtime. This is especially valuable for roles where continuity is critical, including financial services and clinical environments.

The Dell Pro desktop supports up to three displays and features versatile connectivity for common peripherals, making it suitable for a wide range of use cases, including multitasking‑intensive environments such as call centers or financial services. This versatility allows organizations to deploy consistent computing experiences across different work scenarios without maintaining multiple device types. Long-term availability and a design focused on circularity also help support sustainability goals.

Simplified operations for IT teams

Management through Microsoft Intune means you can configure devices in minutes using the tools your team already knows. Policies, updates and compliance controls remain in one place. IT teams can manage this device alongside existing endpoints without adding new consoles or complex workflows. The result is less time on maintenance and more time on strategic work.

Looking ahead

As adoption of Windows 365 grows, designing solutions with simplicity and security as foundational principles becomes critical. The Dell Cloud PC device represents our commitment to delivering technologies that protect valuable data while empowering productivity across diverse work environments.

The Dell Pro desktop for Windows 365 is targeted for general availability in Q3 2026. Join us at Dell Technologies World for a technical preview and a closer look at how this approach can reshape your endpoint strategy.
