Update: Steve Schuckenbrock, president of Dell Services kicked off the opening keynote there at the Cloud Expo on Monday afternoon. He opened with a discussion of how today’s technology users expect apps,
data and information whenever they want them, wherever they want them, with
total choice and freedom.  Here’s the video of that keynote, which features a video appearance by Michael Dell. And here’s the Yes, Now Forbes article that Michael penned for those of you that may not have seen it.
