Every Product Success Accelerator offer gives you a choice of three options with incremental levels of service.

With PSX for Backup, the initial “Ready” level configures the hardware and software and delivers a fully functioning backup solution accompanied by runbook documentation to support ongoing operations.

The “Optimize” level adds quarterly assessments with detailed recommendations for hardware, software and firmware updates or for policy and runbook changes. It also includes expert assistance with restore test simulations to ensure systems are performing as designed.

For companies that require an additional level of expertise, the “Assist” level builds on the features of Ready and Optimize with daily 8×5 operational assistance (eight hours a day, five days a week) to help monitor performance, investigate alerts, initiate corrective actions or assist with solution hardware and software updates.

With any PSX service, you’ll receive a detailed success plan, which provides a roadmap to achieve target outcomes. Key elements include:

    • Product training curricula tailored for each PSX level
    • Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure overall backup solution performance
    • An activity plan detailing daily, weekly and quarterly actions for backup solution operations and maintenance
