I’ve worked at Dell Technologies for over 17 years, half of which I’ve spent in Design Solutions, and I love what I do. I’m especially inspired by the amazing work of our customers on the front lines responding to some of the world’s most complex problems; everything from diagnosing and curing diseases to reducing the cost of energy or decreasing factory downtime. Jill Grantham is Senior Director, Global Business Operations at Dell Technologies Design Solutions, responsible for leading the global business operations team, comprising customer programs, finance and sales operations. With over 20-years’ leadership experience in finance, sales strategy and consulting, Jill is skilled in leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving complex, global customer projects through to completion. Jill joined Dell Technologies in 2003, holding a range of senior financial analyst and planning positions in both the US and Europe, where she gained in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the business from Global Customers, US Federal Government and the Channel through to Corporate Accounts. In 2011, she was promoted to the role of Financial Analysis Director, where she controlled a multi-billion P&L. Jill then served as Global Program Manager, where she led a major investment plan to double division revenues. Prior to being promoted to her current position, Jill served as Director of Sales Strategy for the Global Channel. Throughout her tenure, she has built a reputation for delivering strong business results with a relentless focus on the customer experience. Jill holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Finance from The Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
