The State of Missouri has authorized all political subdivisions, public universities, and other entities located in the state of Missouri that have authorization from the State's chief procurement official to purchase all products offered under the Dell WSCA/NASPO contract number AR620. Agencies governed by chapter 34 RSMo are prohibited from using this agreement unless specifically authorized by the State of Missouri Director of Purchasing and Materials Management.

All purchase orders issued by purchasing entities must include the State of Missouri contract number AR620 and the Dell WSCA/NASPO Master Price Agreement number AR620.
