Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by you and Dell, Dell's Commercial Terms of Sale govern the sale of Dell products, software and services to commercial and public customers, including those customers who purchase their Dell products, software and services through a reseller.
However, certain of Dell's products, software and services are sold pursuant to separate sales terms tailored to such offerings. Please review your invoice, order acknowledgement or separately-signed agreement with Dell carefully in order to confirm the terms and conditions of sale applicable to your purchase. If you do not have your invoice, then a copy of your invoice can be requested here. The Dell Cloud Solutions Agreement applies to commercial purchasers (including Small, Medium and Large Business, and Government and Public sector customers) of Dell Cloud and software-as-a-solution products, software and services.
Dell Professional Services Agreement
The Dell Professional Services Agreement applies to direct commercial purchasers of Dell services and is effective upon your executing a Statement of Work or Order Form incorporating it by reference.
Dell Technologies Managed Services Ts&Cs
The Dell Technologies Managed Services general terms and conditions apply to managed services provided to customers by the applicable Dell entity pursuant to an SOW, order, quote, service description or other document incorporating them by reference.
