The standard warranty is three years (requires registration within 90 days) with 8/5 phone support with Return to Factory service. Gold Coverage offers anytime 24/7 telephone support with response time of 2 hours (1-2 in Severity) and 8 hours (3-4 Severity). Silver Coverage provides 8/5 telephone support with response time of 4 hours (1-2 in Severity) and 12 hours (3-4 Severity). Both Gold and Silver coverage offers advanced replacement with next business day return material authorization (RMA) product updates, extended tech support and expedited product returns for the Dell Digital KVM and Dell Analog KVMs along with the Dell 18.5 in LED KMM Console.
