Secure NEMA- and PCI-Compliant Wall-Mount Rack Cabinet for Industrial Environments
The SRW12USNEMA is an ideal storage solution for standard rackmount equipment in harsh working environments with limited floor space. This wall-mount rack cabinet has a NEMA 12 (IP54) protection rating and features ventilating louvers, a built-in dust filter and a sealing gasket around the door frames. Built into the front door are four large, high-performance fans that pull air through the enclosure. Four cable ports allow cables to pass through the enclosure while blocking the area around them in order to maintain NEMA 12 protection. The SRW12USNEMA is perfect for places like factories, power stations, construction areas, shipping facilities, processing plants and transport hubs. It can protect equipment from falling dirt, dust, drips, splashes and accidental contact with personnel. Its sturdy steel frame supports a maximum weight capacity of 200 pounds and provides 12U of rack space. For quick, convenient access to equipment, the cabinet is hinged, allowing it to swing away from its wall-mount bracket. The SRW12USNEMA ships fully assembled and comes backed by a 2-year warranty.

Simple Setup and Equipment Installation
The SRW12USNEMA comes fully assembled, eliminating the need for time-consuming, confusing assembly and installation. When the time comes to install equipment, the front and rear pairs of rails adjust quickly and conveniently in one-inch increments. Simply unscrew the rails, slide them to the desired depth and restore the screws. Square mounting holes and included hardware supports any standard 19-inch rack equipment in 12U of space. Adjustable mounting depths from 3" to 20.5" inches

Easy, Secure Equipment Access
An included wall bracket with a sturdy hinge allows the SRW12USNEMA to swing away from the wall for convenient access to equipment and cabling. A locking, reversible front door and locking, removable side panels prevent unauthorized access while allowing authorized personnel to easily perform inspections and maintenance. An optional SRCASTER rolling caster kit, sold separately, adapts the SRW12USNEMA to floor-standing and roll-away applications under desks, tables or counters. Additional SmartRack Cooling Solutions and Rack Accessories are also available, such as air conditioning units, heat removal systems, airflow and cable management products, rack shelves and mounting hardware.

Vented Top and Bottom Panels with Cable Ports
The top and bottom panels of the SRW12USNEMA are furnished with vents designed to help remove warm air from the enclosure and draw in cool air by convection. They also support installation of standard user-supplied case fans. The top and bottom panels also include ports for cable routing through the movable portion of the enclosure or the fixed wall bracket. Removable covers block unused cable ports.

The SRW12USNEMA has a NEMA 12 (IP54) protection rating, protecting sensitive equipment against dirt, dust, lint, oil, drips and splashes. Its built-in air filter, louvered vents on the front door and side panels, sealed gasket around the door frames and brush strips around cable access points prevent dripping water, oil and airborne contaminants from getting inside. You can replace the air filter with standard, off-the-shelf furnace filters. Four high-performance intake fans built into the front door pull filtered air through the cabinet to keep your equipment cool.
The cabinet swings away from the wall on a sturdy hinge, allowing easy back-door access to equipment and cabling during installation and maintenance. The reversible doors can open left or right. The doors and side panels lock securely to help prevent damage, tampering or theft. Convenient ports on the back door allow easy cable routing.
The SRW12USNEMA comes fully assembled and ready to mount to the wall. Square and threaded mounting holes and numbered rack spaces make equipment installation easy. The vertical mounting rails adjust in 7/8-inch increments to house equipment up to 20.5 inches deep, such as network switches and patch panels.
