After 12+ years in the IT sector working for Dell Technologies, I’m currently hold the position of Service Account Manager of the most important Dell Technologies Partner in EMEA (International Perifericos y Memorias & Totalstor, by Ricoh Company). Helping them daily to grow on business, to achieve the higher levels on Service Deliver Performance Metrics for Partners, and adding value to the Level3 support service provided by them to the end customers with proactive initiatives, business analysis and taking actions to reduce risk in our customers and maximizing the customer satisfaction experience. I’m also the co-leader of the Dell Technologies Employee Resource Group (ERG) PRIDE Spain, working for Diversity & Inclusion in the company and for building a better place to work.
