Kathleen Lucey leads the Assistive Technology Center of Excellence, which is a team dedicated to providing assistive technology tools internally to Dell Technologies employees. The vision of the center was brought to life through partnership with the True Ability ERG. Kathleen knew there were team members who could benefit from additional technology offerings but was worried about asking for help. That's why she advocated to create an assistive technology catalog with a confidential, self-serve request procedure that is available to any team member.
