Dell identifies emerging trends in Diversity and Inclusion, developing insights that build and sustain growth through best practices. Our D&I strategy ensures Dell is a place where our team members feel able to bring their full-selves to work and our customers feel understood.

Dell's Diversity and Inclusion strategy is built on three key pillars:

Commitment: Senior leadership commits to and is accountable for hiring a diverse workforce that drives innovation, reflects different customer perspectives and attracts top talent.

Communities and Partnerships: We promote our brand externally with diverse candidates, customers and communities as a premier employer and supplier and as a leader committed to action and change.

Our strategy is brought to life through initiatives aimed across the organization and initiatives aimed at increasing diversity and nurturing an inclusive culture. These initiatives helpus recruit, develop, and retain diverse team members, helping them succeed and grow at Dell. We believe the success of our D&I programs is indicated by our team member engagement.
