Reseller return rights shall be governed by the Dell standard Reseller terms and conditions or, if applicable, a negotiated sales agreement.

End User customers purchasing Products, Services or Software from a Dell Reseller should consult their Reseller terms and conditions of sale or other sales documentation (quote, order confirmation, invoice or receipt) to determine their rights of return, if any. Dell is not able to accept returns or provide refunds direct to customers who purchased from a Dell Reseller (though of course Dell will provide service in line with any applicable warranty or service contract).
