What has been your most rewarding project so far in your career at Dell?

Whenever I take up a new role, I would spend some time getting familiar with the nature of the job and after that I would focus on improving or simplifying the processes involved. And every time when I do this, it reduces a lot of manual work and saves countless labor hours. Then a more structured process developed also eases the person who would take over my role. Thus, it has not been a rewarding project, but rather a rewarding experience at each role I rotated at Dell and I would continue doing what I am doing.

People oriented. Dell believes employees are one of the biggest assets and invests in various development efforts to develop people from different levels. Dell encourages employees to continue learning for betterment. Working in Dell keeps us motivated because Dell focuses on us, the people.
