When did you join EMC and what roles have you held in your time here?
I joined EMC in 2013. I initially joined the Finance department in Global Business Services as a Business Operations Analyst. A year later an opportunity arose within the HR Shared Service team where I currently hold the position of Program Manager/ Global Service Lead for HR Direct Chat.
What inspires you about our culture?
What struck me most when I first joined the company was the friendly working environment and leadership’s openness and approachability. Having been here over two years it is great to see that this positive working environment and culture remains.
What do you think people interested in working here need to know?
If you want to grow and develop then there are so many opportunities available to you. There are also countless networks available that anyone can join which is all supported by the business. The future possibilities of Dell make this a really exciting and interesting time. There will be a lot of change which will bring opportunity to get involved in various projects. As a result, we will be able to build new partnerships and develop our careers.
What role have you played in helping your customers grow and thrive?
Enabling HR, employees and managers to focus on their core activities by providing fast and friendly tools and information.
What makes this a great place to work?
The people! As well as the camaraderie and the enthusiasm to get the job done which brings a fun element into work.
