Mike Cote is President and CEO of SecureWorks, a publicly held subsidiary of Dell Technologies. Serving as President and CEO since February of 2002, Cote led the company through an acquisition by Dell in February of 2011, and IPO in April 2016. Under his leadership, SecureWorks has grown to become a leading global provider of intelligence driven information security solutions, exclusively focused on protecting its clients from cyber attacks.
Prior to joining SecureWorks, Cote held executive positions with Talus Solutions, a pricing and revenue management software firm acquired by Manugistics in 2000. Cote joined Talus from MSI Solutions, a web application development and systems integration company where he was Chief Operating Officer. In addition to other technology executive roles, Cote's early career included international assignments with KPMG. Cote's leadership style is marked by open communication, high integrity, and a customer-centric philosophy.
Cote is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of Business Executives for National Security. He is a graduate of Boston College with a double major in computer science and accounting.
