Dell Sponsorships and Giving

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Dell. For your convenience, we have developed an online proposal tool to streamline incoming requests to reduce submission and response times. We evaluate hundreds of proposals each year. Unfortunately, while many opportunities are aligned to our goals, we are only able to support a small portion of the total number received. In order for your request to reach the appropriate teams for review, and to ensure that we respond with a decision in a timely manner, we ask that all proposals be submitted through the online proposal tool. We carefully review each of these requests, so please allow 4 to 6 weeks for review and follow up. Please note that we no longer accept requests via email, fax, mail or phone.

Corporate Sponsorships

Sponsorships are an integral part of Dell’s marketing mix, allowing us to showcase our technology solutions and build affinity for the Dell brand. An effective sponsorship creates valuable and emotional bonds by closely associating our brand with our customers' passions. We select opportunities that showcase our products and technology solutions, reinforce our brand personality, and align with our brand and business strategies.

Sponsorship requests are evaluated against criteria such as:

  • Supports our brand promise to empower individuals to do more with technology
  • Integrates our technology solutions and products authentically into the experience
  • Offers category exclusivity in our relevant business endeavors
  • Aligns with our geographic markets either locally or globally
  • Reaches one of our many demographic audiences
