Restart required AUTO INSTALLED This file was automatically installed as part of a recent update. If you are experiencing any issues, you can manually download and reinstall.
This package contains the Dell system BIOS update for XPS 13 9343. BIOS is a firmware that is embedded on a small memory chip on the computer's system board. It controls the keyboard, monitor, disk drives and other devices. This update addresses the Intel Security Advisories. It fixes the TPM startup error under TPM enabled condition when the system resumes from sleep mode and the issue where the message TPM could not be initialized would be shown if firmware TPM function is enabled. This update fixes a potential issue where system stops responding when an incorrectly formatted password is entered as the BIOS preboot password.
