Your Dell Premier page provides your organization with a customized, secure online toolset for purchasing, reporting and product support. This is all backed by a dedicated account team that can adjust settings, and add or remove features and options that fit your organization. Your dedicated account team are the only authorized users that can make changes to your organization's Dell Premier page settings and features. These include but are not limited to: adding Dell Customer Number Billing details, adding/removing the ability to allow user's access to Add/Remove/Edit shipping addresses, setting up Premier Reporting, publishing Standard Configurations (if available for your organization), and controlling the price of your catalogs.

Sales Quotes give users the ability to process an order using a quote that has been provided by the Dell Account Team. They can be retrieved and purchased through Dell Premier but the quotes are locked. Any modifications require Dell Sales Support.

Sales Quotes are generated by the Dell Account Team and are specifically configured per the details provided by the requestor. These quotes are specific to a Dell Customer Number and can contain a version number at the end. Example: 1234567890123.1

 
Accessing a Dell Sales Quote from your personalized email

Starting in February 2024, quotes you receive from Dell Sales will be hyperlinked to Dell Premier checkout where you can download your preferred quote output format (PDF, HTML, XML and XLXS) online. 

Click "Place your order“ button (Figure 1) to access your quote (Premier Sign-in is required)

Review the order information and download the quote documentation* (PDF, HTML, XLXS, XML) if needed. You can add up to 10 quotes into a single checkout (note that online capabilities may vary by country or region. Multi-quote checkout is currently not available for Global Portal stores and LATAM USD based transactions).

When you are ready to purchase, select your preferred payment option (for Purchase Order, include your PO number) and Submit your order. Within the Thank You screen, you will see a thank you message along with your Dell Purchase ID number confirming that the order has been submitted.

Retrieving your sales quotes from the Premier homepage 

Alternatively, you can access your sales quote from your Premier homepage at anytime.
  1. Sign into your Premier Page
  2. Click on "Quotes" located at the top of your Premier page (Figure 3)

  1. Clicking on "Quotes" will bring you to the Quotes page where you can easily retrieve your sales-created quote(s) from the “Sales Quote” list (if available for your country. Users of Global Portal stores will still retrieve the quote by entering the quote number provided by the account team).

If not visible, contact your Dell Account Team to get the quote(s) published on your page. To make your online journey easier, you can select and purchase up to 10 quotes with a single checkout (note that online capabilities may vary by country or region.
