No Power on the Dell 3110cn or 3115cn Color Laser Printer
- Turn the printer on and verify that it is making noise on startup.
- If warm up noise is heard but nothing is coming up on the Operator Panel, Contact Technical Support.
- If there is no noise during startup, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a known good wall outlet.
- If it is still not working, swap with a known-good power cable from a working monitor or computer.
- If there is still no power to the printer, Contact Technical Support.
