Information about Aveo Attune, Intelligram and Attune Relationship

Attune is a software application that was factory installed on your system by Dell. Attune was designed to provide you with helpful information in the form of Intelligrams when many common computer problems arise. An Attune Relationship is a company, such as Dell, that sends Intelligrams.

Due to supplier changes, automatic updates to the Intelligram database are no longer available. As a result, Dell highly recommends that you uninstall the Attune application immediately. Once you uninstall the Attune application, you will not have access to the database of Intelligrams that still exists on your system.

To uninstall the Attune application, perform the following steps:

  1. Click the Start button, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
    The Control Panel window appears.
  2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
The Add/Remove Programs Properties window appears.
  3. Click Attune and then click Remove.
  4. Follow the instructions to remove the Attune application from your system.
