Digital Download Locker

VMware OEM Product Activation Codes (PAC) and subscriptions will be received in the Digital Locker

The following VMware products will be available in Digital Locker: www.dell.com/support/software

• vCenter
• vSphere
• vSAN
• NSX
• vRealize
• Horizon

How to register a VMware License provided by Dell | EMC using the Digital Fulfillment Process

Once the order has successfully invoiced, the customer whose e-mail address was properly tied to the order will receive an e-mail with instructions to access the Dell Digital Locker (DDL).

Once the customer is logged into DDL using the same e-mail address, they can perform a search in two ways:

• If searching within Product tab, enter order in either keyword search or by category
  • Click on one of the products that result from the search
  • Then click on the order number link in the next screen
• If searching by Order History tab, enter order in either keyword search or by category
  • Click on order number that comes up in search results

• Both above methods will bring customer to the Order Details page as referenced below
• Click Get all text-based keys
• Save as a CSV file
• The CSV file will contain all of the text-based license keys available on the order

How to register the Partner Activation Code (PAC)?

Orders placed through VMware, or its partners, have unique identifiers associated with them.
VMware products purchased through a VMware partner are identified by a VMware PAC that is activated through the registration process through a VMware owned self-service Partner Activation Portal. A VMware License Activation Code/serial number is a unique code that is released when a customer successfully registers the PAC in the Partner Activation Portal.
 
The PAC is for single use. After registration, you will not need it again in the future.
 
The VMware License Redemption Portal is a self-service portal for customers to redeem VMware OEM licenses.
