Brocade 825 Fibre Card not being seen in Windows 2012 R2

Resolución

Check the following to resolve the issue:

SFP+ modules and Brocade Card compatibility
Check status LEDs on the card
Check cables are functioning. i.e. swap cables with know good.
Check slot priority on the motherboard
Ensure correct speed setting in BIOS of the card. If in doubt, set to Auto.
Update Windows 2012 R2 driver from Qlogic web site.
