Intermittent VMM32enable.VXD error on boot. - Technical Tip - 152742




Reverse the status of the Accessibility checkbox.

An error referring to VMM32enable.VXD (c:\windows\system\vmm32\enable.vxd) occurs intermittently on boot

  1. Click on Start|Settings|Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
  3. Click the Windows Setup tab.
  4. Reverse the status of the Accessibility checkbox:
    If it is currently checked, uncheck it.
    If it is currently unchecked, check it.
  5. Shutdown and restart the computer.
