No Power on the Dell 3110cn or 3115cn Color Laser Printer


  1. Turn the printer on and verify that it is making noise on startup.
  2. If warm up noise is heard but nothing is coming up on the Operator Panel, Contact Technical Support.
  3. If there is no noise during startup, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a known good wall outlet.
  4. If it is still not working, swap with a known-good power cable from a working monitor or computer.
  5. If there is still no power to the printer, Contact Technical Support.
