How to troubleshoot when Dell Management Plug-in for VMware vSphere (DMPVV) version is not updated using Internet Explorer 9 after successfully upgrading from a previous revision

This is a known issue with MS IE9 where the old cache is not cleared and updated.

To be able to see the new Dell Management Plug-in for VMware version after updating with Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, customers need to clear the browser cache and refresh the Admin portal. This problem is not seen in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8.
