Diagnosing Errors on the Dell 1320c/1320cn Laser Printer

The Dell 1320c/1320cn Laser Printer is designed to be used in collaboration with the software supplied on the Installation CD, The Printer Settings Utility, provided with the Printer.

This software uses a Status Utility (Status Monitor Console) to display information and advise when consumable supplies are nearing the end of their life, the printer requires any software update or there is a problem with the Printer, an error will be displayed.

Using the Dell Colour Laser 1320c Launcher window, you can open Printing Status Window, Tool Box, Updater, and Troubleshooting.

When you install the Dell software, the Dell Colour Laser 1320c Launcher is automatically installed.
