What is happening to Dell Tech Concierge (DTC) and the Data Backup feature?

The Dell Tech Concierge service included a data backup service provided by Rebit. The Dell Tech Concierge service is no longer available and the backup service is scheduled to end on Feb 28, 2019, however, if you’d like to continue backing up your data with this feature, you may do so with the Data Storage company Rebit.

Notifications and details have been sent to you via email from Rebit.


How long will my data be available with Rebit?

If you renew with Rebit, Rebit will maintain your cloud backup data and service.

If not, your cloud backups will be available for 30 days after which point, they will be securely erased and purged from the Rebit Cloud Storage system.


What happens to my data after I no longer have access to my backup account?

After the 30-day period, your backup data will be securely erased and purged from the Rebit Cloud Storage system.


Can I continue using this service?

Yes, you can. Rebit will continue offering Data Backup. All you need to do is contact them on the below link:

Please visit https://backup.techconcierge.dell.com/ and follow the instructions to login.
