Dell command | update catalog


The Dell Command | Update Catalog automates the patch process of system updates for Dell workstations in a Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager environment. The catalog file contain detailed information to determine which updates are required for Dell workstations, and how to apply them. It can be used in conjunction with the software update management functionality of Microsoft ConfigMgr (and update deployment process in SCE) to provide automated BIOS, firmware, driver, and Dell application updates.

It is a part of the Dell Client Command Suite of tools.

Note: The OpenManage Inventory Agent (DSIA) is not posted to the Dell Support site anymore. You can find it in the catalog, or here is the download for the 1.6.2.2 version.
