Answer: 
The M1000e's CMC browser truncates Infiniband's Global Unique Identifier (GUID). Only the first twelve of sixteen bytes are displayed for the object. The iDRAC UI shows the complete GUID string.

This was addressed in CMC firmware release version 3.2.
