VxRail: How to Set Up Notifications for New VxRail Releases

Hi there. In this video, we'll look at how to set up email notifications alerting you of new VxRail software releases. To begin, access the Dell VxRail software support page. A link to this will be found in the description below. Once on the page, navigate to the Profile section at the top right of the screen. Make sure you're logged into your Dell account before proceeding.

Once logged in, click the dropdown and select Preferences. From the Preferences page, click on User Settings and Preferences. From this page, make sure Manage Subscriptions is selected and the Product Subscription option is selected also. Click on the Create Subscription button to open the product selection box. Here, you can manually select which product you want to receive updates for.

In this case, we want to receive updates when a new VxRail code bundle is released, so we will search for VxRail software. Click on Add Product, and you should be able to see VxRail software has been added to your subscription list. The email account tied to your Dell account is where the notification emails will be sent.

You can change the frequency of your email updates here. If you wish to add updates on other products, you can click again on the Create Subscription button. And that's it. Thanks for watching.
