How to Remove XPS 13-9360 Keyboard

This video shows the procedure for removal and replacement of the Keyboard in your XPS 13-9360.

Welcome to Dell Tech Support.

In this video we’ll go over the steps for performing a part replacement on your Dell PC. Use fingertips to open XPS badge. Now unscrew and remove bottom base.

Next, unscrew battery. Then disconnect and remove battery. Now disconnect and remove CMOS battery. Then unscrew and remove LCD bracket. Now disconnect cables from motherboard.

Then unscrew and remove motherboard. Then unscrew and remove speakers. Now unscrew and remove cooling fan. Then unscrew and remove USB/SD card circuit board.

Now unscrew and remove display assembly. Now unscrew and remove DC jack. Then disconnect touchpad cable. Now unscrew and remove touchpad.

Now disconnect and remove daughter board. Now unscrew and remove the keyboard. Once replaced, your PC should be ready to be used again.
