Our Dell Online Repair request solution streamlines the repair request process, eliminating the need to contact technical support directly. In this video, we'll guide you through each step. Visit www.dell.com/support and enter your device's service tag. This will take you to a personalized product page. Scroll down to locate the Contact Options section. Your product was successfully identified upon entry of the service tag. Now select the issue that best describes your problem from the drop-down menu. Then click Next. You'll now see the available support options for your device. Find Request Repair and click Get Started. A side draw will appear here. Please provide more details about the issue you're experiencing. Answer any follow up questions and upload the diagnostic or log files. These should be in zip format. While the tool analyzes your files. You'll be prompted to enter your address. Click Save Address and the system will verify it or suggest an alternative. Once confirmed, click use this address. Next, enter your contact information. Your name, phone number, and email address. Then click Save Contact. After analyzing the logs, the tool will identify the defective part and present your repair options. If you choose on site service, you'll be able to provide additional instructions for the technician. The system will then offer the next available appointment. If the suggested time doesn't work for you, click Update Schedule to select a more convenient date and time. Once confirmed, your appointment details and important instructions will be displayed to ensure a smooth repair experience.
